To add new screen(s) to ASK, you first need to update MPS that a new screen needs to be added. They will respond and provide you with screen information that needs to be added into the ASK database. After entering this screen information into the ASK database, you will need to match the Site and Screen(s) information so that it syncs with the MPS database.
Adding screen information to ASK database
Step 1: Access the Sites page
Click on the Sites tab in the menu bar

Step 2: Access the Site Admin Page
Click on the Screen Admin menu item

Search for the new site you have just made from the Site drop-down menu. Click on the Add New Screen button.
A pop-up window will appear where you need to enter information for the screen, paying close attention to the screen name and MPS ID, which are the only two required items. The Screen Name and MPS ID will be provided to you from MPS. You must enter the screen name (e.g. Sc1, Sc2) and MPS ID exactly as MPS has provided it.

Screens need to be added one at a time.
Although Name and MPS ID are the only two required fields, please enter as much information as possible and make sure it matches what MPS has provided. Adding a screen without an MPS ID or the wrong name can cause a delay in keys being issued for the site.
After adding the screen(s) to the site, then you need to Match the Screens you have entered in ASK with the screen information in the MPS system.
