How can I order a KDM?

Step 1: Access the Keys portal - Click Keys in the top bar.



Step 2: Click Add Key Request.



Step 3: Fill in the details of the KDM request.



Chose the film title and version. The CPL will explain which version the key will be requested for. Keep your order as the default Standard Order to ensure that your order will be processed.

Choose the KDM start and end date/time. Note that some films will have strict rules on the time period a KDM can be issued for.

Step 4: Choose the site and screen.

When you choose the film version, the Sites and Screens tab will automatically populate with all the territories that may use that version. This is usually based on language. Choose your territory only.

Search for the site(s) that need the KDM and check the box. Click the green arrow to see all screens for each site and check those boxes.

Finally, click the Save KDM Request button to place your order. Once processed, you may receive an email copy of the KDM.
