How do I check on the status of a KDM?

Step 1: Access the Keys portal - Click Keys in the top bar.



Step 2: Click Key Status.



Step 3: Find your preferred key.



Enter the cinema, film, version and key maker (if needed). Click Search.

Step 4: Check the status of the KDM.

The KDM End column is color-coded to represent the current status of each KDM.

• Blue - Will be issued on a future date
• Green - Valid
• Orange - Issued, < 3 days remaining
• Red - Expired (Issued, end date passed)

*Note - If your order is set as Pre Order and has not been processed yet, edit your order to be the default Standard Order. This will ensure processing.
