Can I reorder a past KDM?

If you've ordered a similar KDM in the past, you can clone it to create a new KDM order.

Step 1: Access the Keys portal - Click Keys in the top bar.

Step 2: Click Clone Key Orders.



Step 3: Find a KDM order to clone.

Fill out the form to see all previous orders for your territory. Click Search.

Once you find your preferred KDM, click Clone.

Step 4: Create the details for the new KDM order.
The Clone Order Details window that will appear has two tabs: KDM Details and Screens.
Once you have entered all related information in the KDM Details tab, click Clone Order.
