Rules for Pre-Release Screening of High Security Features

DCP Key generation must be handled as follows:

Pre-Release Single Screenings

• Maximum 7.5 hours KDM activation window, from start to finish.
• Targeting a single playback server.

Multi-Site EARLY Previews
(with screenings that end earlier than 00.01 on the release date)

• Key Activation: 8 AM on the morning of the Previews date.
• Key Deactivation: 8 AM on the morning after the Previews date.

Multi-Site Previews
(with screenings beginning earlier than 00:01 on the release date and playing through opening)

• Key Activation: 8 AM on the morning of the Previews date.
• Key Deactivation: Follow standard territory protocol.

General Release
(with screenings beginning 00:01 or later on the release date)

• Key Activation: 8 AM on the morning prior to the release date.
