How can I ensure that my KDM will be issued?

The simplest way is to make sure you follow the ASK Service Level Agreement guidelines. Following the guidelines will make it easier for the key issuer to accept your requests in a timely manner.

To get a KDM instantly:

• Order a standard order KDM
• Check that the KDM start time/date is after the local release date for your territory
• Check that vendor details are correct in ASK
  • Site ID, screen ID, version ID, recipient email address

For known exceptions such as non-final content, tent pole releases, and classic catalog screenings, please refer to your ASK training manual.
